Intellectual Property
Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its owner. Unless otherwise agreed, LMV Systems grants you a license to use deliverables created specifically for your engagement.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind unless expressly stated in your agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMV Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate the services in accordance with the termination terms in your agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due and access may be discontinued.
